Phasmophobia review
Phasmophobia is a game that was released in 2020 by the indie company Arachnid Games. It is a relatively new game, but it has already drawn quite a lot of attention. It is a horror FPS that is designed to be played in the dark. The player, who is a security guard in a small, abandoned building, must find out why the building has been abandoned. The player does not have a weapon, and the only way he can survive is by running from the enemies or hiding from them.
Gameplay
In the game, the player must explore the building from a first-person perspective. The atmosphere of the game is very dark and creepy, and the player will constantly be terrified by the sounds of footsteps and doors opening. The player will have to find a way to escape the building, and that way is usually by going through a door that is different from the one he went through before. The game is played in first-person perspective. The octopus is able to swim, and through the use of the mouse, the octopus can use its tentacles to explore the world around it. The world around the octopus is constantly in flux. The player can not be sure when they will encounter something new, or when they will be forced to leave the area they are in.
Graphics
The graphics in the game are not high quality, but they are not supposed to be in a game that is designed to be played in the dark. The graphics are dark and gritty, and they serve the purpose of making the player feel frightened. The game's graphics are simplistic. The player is able to see the world around them in a true-to-life representation. The colors are vibrant, and the game is in 3D.
Replayability
Phasmophobia is a game that will never get old, because the player will never know what is going to happen in the building. The player will be constantly surprised by the game, which is the only way to make horror games exciting. Phasmophobia has an unlimited amount of replayability. Though the game's world is constantly in flux, the player is never sure what they will find in the next room.
