Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® review
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a new striking first-person shooter from Infinity Ward, created in the best traditions of Call of Duty and released in October 2019. This is not a continuation of previous versions; this is a completely new game for fans of quality shooters.
Plot
The storyline revolves around several military conflicts and the endless struggle against world terrorism. The actions unfold mainly in the present time. Only now everything is much more dramatic because now we are dealing with Russian terrorists and the military conflicts unleashed by them in several countries and with militias controlled by the terrorists themselves. Syria and eastern Ukraine were the prototypes of the war-torn territories, where Russian mercenaries and militias staged a real terror among the local population. The storyline of this struggle has been going on since the first series of these games, so it may seem somewhat confusing to an inattentive player. Still, everything will become clear as soon as you understand who is your ally, who is an outright enemy, and who is simply playing the role of a hypocritical traitor ...
Controls
The game is developed not only for PC but also for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One game consoles. The game works great on all platforms and is very easy to control. As for game consoles, everything is naturally simple, although at first, you will have to practice a little to get used to some combinations. If you are an experienced player, then this will not be difficult for you. If we talk about the PC, then the keyboard and mouse will be traditionally used. Everything here is just simple. However, given the vast gaming possibilities, quite a lot of buttons will be involved.
Graphics
Call of Duty has always been famous for its outstanding graphics. This is their special feature, for which millions of fans love this game. While playing this game, you will sometimes feel the effect of presence, mainly due to the impeccable rendering of details and textures' depth. The graphics are like a movie - is it really possible? More than! The game implements the technology, due to which the detailing of some textures is similar to a movie, such as shadows, fog, rain, smoke, light, and much more look like a video.
